• If we misread a value, we compare it with your original report and correct it; every correction is listed on /corrections.
• If you published new lab reports, we read your store again.
• If you received a notice about a finding, reply to that email within 7 days; your reply is published next to the finding.
• We do not remove vendors on request, and no one can pay for a higher score or position. See how we score and how we make money.

We keep what you send here and the email address you give us, only to answer you. This form sets no cookies and we do not store your IP address. See privacy.
